Water Treatment for Military Facilities



We are building 5 m3/day sea water treatment systems for Dearsan’s new type patrol boat project. Production commencement date of the systems which 16 of them will be produced is 28.05.2009 and the project will be completed in 2014.

Chicken Farm Project

100 m3/h capacity well water treatment done at Hacı Ali Chicken Farm.

1. Step: Raw water is taken from 4 pcs. wells, transfered in to the 100 m3 capacity tank and chlorine dosage is made.

2. Step: The chlorinated water is ventilated and flocculated in gradual setting pool.

3. Step: After setting pool water is transfered into sad and active carbon filters. The water is purified from sediments, organic substances and chemicals.

4. Step: Filtered water is collected in a 1000 m3 capacity stainless steel tank.

5. Step: Water is transfered into another 1000 m3 capacity tank in a village which is far away from 13 km by using a transfer pump.

6. Step: Water is transfered in to 14 pcs. farm's own tanks.

7. Step: Stored waters are passed through cartridge filters then passed through UV systems which are at the entrace of each coop.

8. Step: Also, treated water is transfered to the 2 pcs. fountains in the village and 1 pcs. fountain at the cemetery for usage of village.
